Austin ekeler’s prolific 2019 season earned him a new contract.
Los Angeles Chargers signed a four-year, $24.5 million contract with Austin Ekeler on Friday, according to NFL Network. The contract includes $15 million in security, which Chargers officials later confirmed.
Ekeler is one of the legends of the league’s bottom turning. He has gradually changed from a draft draft draft to a key member of the Chargers attack team, and finally ushered in the outbreak in 2019. When Melvin Gordon quit training, Ekeler won the team’s favor, hitting 132 times, pushing 557 yards, reaching the array three times, and receiving 993 yards, reaching the array eight times.
Ekeler would have been a free agent at the start of the new league year, but Chargers didn’t give him access to the free market.
