The future between Tom Brady and patriots has yet to be decided, but boss Robert Kraft is not going to step in.
According to NBC, the two sides haven’t really started negotiations yet, but Kraft, who has been hoping Brady will retire as a patriots, won’t step in.
According to the report, the Patriots won’t use the team label on Brady, giving him a chance to decide for himself. Kraft also gave bill Bellick the right to decide where the team’s future lies.
At the beginning of the 2020 season, Brady is 43 years old, and his performance last season is not good. Apart from being banned for four games in 2016 and torn ACL in 2008, his passing push yards (4057) is the lowest since 2010, the number of passes reaching the array (24) is the lowest since 2006, and the passing completion rate (60.8%) is the lowest since 2013.
